"Dragon Leaf cell water (Ingredient Display Name: Selenicereus Costaricensis Leaf/Stem Extract, INCI Name: Selenicereus Costaricensis Leaf/Stem Extract)" is a 100% plant-derived ingredient containing plant exosome-like endoplasmic reticulum extracted from the cell walls of the plant using special technology, using dragon fruit leaves and stems native to Tokunoshima Island in the Amami Islands.

The dragon fruit leaves and stems used to make the dragon leaf cell water are from the Amami Islands in Kagoshima Prefecture. The Amami Islands are rich in endemic flora and fauna, and the soil is rich in plant growth. Dragon fruit leaves and stems are made from the leaves and stems left over after harvesting dragon fruit, but these were agricultural waste that had been discarded without being effectively used until now.
